30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including a change of mind. No explanation is required.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@ordinance-map-quest.lovable.app and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from the pricing page or through Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not issue a refund — request one as described above if you are within the 30-day window.

Renewals

If an automatic renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of the renewal charge and we will work with Paddle to refund it.
